Last Friday we celebrated Harmony Day which recognises the cultural diversity of all Australians. Our students shared thoughts on what it means to feel like you belong and what cultural diversity brings to our way of life and communities. A colourful and detailed paper doll was made by every student in the school, with some of them now on display in the front office area. The SRC sold orange jelly cups and frozen oranges. Thank you to our supportive families and school community for sending those in to be sold. Our school choir also made its 'debut', beautifully singing an indigenous song they have been learning.
